Life Force in Sound Workshop is a group workshop in which we focus on our sensing the energetic vibration and feeling of healing music and frequencies as they interact with our mind body and spirit. 

All attendees whether complete beginner or seasoned Flutist, All Workshop attendees will be provided with a Native American Style Flute which is theirs to keep. 

We will explore the uses and techniques to transform Your Flute into a powerful tool for healing, meditation and connection with the Element of Air as well as your own inner world.   

Focussing on the Elements that are present throughout the sound journeying. We will balance and harmonise our chakras and learn how to do a sound healing on another person. 

Using the voice to sing/chant/speak life force and conscious awareness into situations and spaces for the purpose of deep healing, alignment, manifestation and well being. 

The session is closed with a guided meditation infused with the healing vibrations of the Native American Flute

Life Force In Sound Workshop is also available as an audio series of Reiki charged sound healing meditations.

I have a production partnership with Dean Scanlon of Way of the Wolf Flutes. This line of part machined, part hand crafted flutes display the works of modern CNC technology combined with traditional hammer, chisel and knife made flutes.

With a variety of wood types to choose from and personalisation options such as laser etching, engraving, pyrography and crystal decoration.
